Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Proceed to Checkout' where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. By accepting our terms and conditions confirming you are the named purchaser and are at least 18 years of age and understand that you will be commiting an offence if you provide false information. We accept secure payment through Sage Pay from all major credit and debit cards, along with direct bank transfers. Alternatively, if you would prefer to pay by cheque, please post your cheque and order to: Infusions4chefs Ltd, 2 Lundy Court, Rougham Industrial Estate, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP30 9ND

Please be aware that we will not dispatch your order until your cheque has cleared.

  • If the item is in stock, it will usually be delivered to you within 1-3 working days.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of the delay and when we expect your order to be back in stock.

We do not take back orders without confirming with you first.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. If we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the updated price is acceptable or offer you an alternative respectively.

By placing an order with Infusions4chefs Ltd on the Internet, the customer verifies that they are over 18 years of age and are aware of all local, state and federal laws regarding the possession or carrying of the products they are ordering. Infusions4chefs Ltd. shall be held blameless for any infraction of law by the purchaser. This also applies to products that require you to be over the age of 18 to purchase. We will not be held responsible if customs in your country of delivery do not allow the item into your country, please ensure you are legally allowed to have these products imported.

If your purchasing N2O please be aware We will refuse to sell Nitrous Oxide (N2O) Cream Charger cartridges to you if we suspect you intend to misuse them or are under 18We will not deliver the product to any colleges or university halls of residence.

We ship all our deliveries using a third party courier. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all goods are permitted for import into the country of destination. Infusions4chefs Ltd accept no liability for goods rejected by border customs.

 

You may request to have your parcel left without a signture (For eample with a neighbour or in the garage) but we accept no liabilty. It's at your own risk.

Delivery Schedule

If your goods are all in stock, standard delivery is usually received 1-2 working days of placing your order Mon - Fri. Express delivery is with best intentions received next day. Saturday delivery is possible if orders are placed before noon and express delivery is specified. International orders are generally received within 10 days - please contact us to arrange delivery charges and times.info@infusions4chefs.co.uk

We can not guarantee 100% next day postage but our next day service 99.9% of parcels will turn up the next day.

Theft

We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of. We are delivering to an address NOT an individual. Therefore if our courier logs a consignment as having been delivered you must assume it has been stolen. In these cases we will provide you and the authorities with our full cooperation but cannot accept any responsibility.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added where applicable

Privacy Policy

infusions4chefs.co.uk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Furthermore Infusions do not store any customer financial details. If you pay over the phone using your credit card all your details are paper shredded and destroyed immediately after processing.

Cookies

Returns Policy

Damaged Goods - on receiving your order if a product is faulty or damaged please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a replacement viv the account page to request a return/replacement

Undamaged Goods - we can only accept returned 'opened' items if they are faulty:

  • Products can be returned up to 30 days from purchase but must be returned unopened in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
  • If you return goods which are not faulty, you are responsible for payment of P & P
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
