Disappearing Dried Strawberry Ravioli

Ingredients:

Obulato Paper
Praline
Freeze Dried Strawberries (lyo Fresa)
Heat sealer

Method:

Mix Praliné with Strawberries
Fold the Obulato paper in half and close with the heat sealer  to create pocket at an angle of 45°C.
Fill Obulato paper with 6g of the Praliné/ Strawberry mixture
Seal the other side of the Obulato paper, creating a triangular ravioli.
