Crispy Trisol Batter

Ingredients:

100g Trisol
300g Self raising flour
Sparkling water

Method:

Hand and Flowers 2* Michelin Star Chef Tom Kerridge dropped by to see us at the Restaurant Show and has kindly donated his recipe for crispy trisol batter.

Mix all ingredients to make a batter
Coat the chosen product in the mixture and fry it at 190ÂșC.
