The only working water mill in Suffolk is at Pakenham and has been there for almost 1,000 years, kept alive by the Suffolk Building Preservation Trust.
- We fully support the work they are doing and because of this would like to offer their flour to you all so together we can keep it's history alive and enjoy the fruits of their labour.
- The traditional process of stone grinding results in larger bran particles than would normally be found in roller-milled flour, giving the baked product a traditional, coarser texture.
- Ideal for use in a range of products, including bread, cakes, scones and confectionery.
- 20KG but also available in 1.5KG
