InstantGel is the perfect product for you if you've always wanted a replacement for leaf gelatine. Simply use 8g of InstantGel for every leaf of gelatine you would have previously used. Alternatively 55g InstantGel for every 1 Liter of liquid. There is no need to heat this product although it is resistant over heat for 30 minutes.
