Place the liquid into the funnel-shaped glass attachment. It will pass through the super fine glass filter, which works in two ways:
  • The fine pores filter out clouding particles.
  • The liquid passes through the pores, which are arranged in several layers like a labyrinth, effectively swirling the particles. Emulsions are formed or gas (O2, CO2) will be dissolved in liquids.
  • The filtering process is accelerated by controlled vacuum. The vacuum is created by a water-jet pump, which is controlled with your water tap. The average flow rate is 4 to 12 litres of liquids per minute. Liquids can be clarified at any temperature between 1 and 250°C.All of the parts are dishwasher-safe.
