Emiliana Rose Balsamic 100mlEmiliana Rose Balsamic 100ml Ref: VIN35
Rose petals from Provence in France, picked in the morning when their scent is at its best, are left to steep in clear balsamic vinegar in oak barrels for a long time. Pressed and filtered they are left to stand in the dark for a whole winter. This is perhaps the most delicate and refined vinegar of the Italian-French Riviera.

Emiliana Apple Balsamic 100mlEmiliana Apple Balsamic 100ml Ref: VIN341
One of the great specialities of the ANTICA BALSAMERIA EMILIANA, APPLE CIDER DRESSING, is the result of a process of cooking and the fermentation of the must of apples. The refining and aging in oak barrels using the "SOLERA" method confers an aroma which is rounded, full, and in complete harmony with the wood used. This dressing is not pasteurised, which allows the "Acetobacter" to reach the intestine alive and help regulate and balance it’s equilibrium. It contains a high content of potassium, fundamental for the equilibrium of the nerve cells, it is an excellent thirst quencher when diluted in water, reinstating mineral salts and trace elements. In the kitchen it is a refined condiment.

Chef For All SeasonsChef For All Seasons Ref: BFC33
Author - Gordon Ramsay & Roz Denny

The theme of the collection is freshness and seasonality of ingredients, about which Ramsay is "passionate" . It is arranged by season, with Ramsay introducing each season by discussing his favourite foods, then showing his virtuosity in a set of recipes designed to show them at their best. The recipes are, as you would expect, supremely stylish, but cunningly designed to be simple enough in execution to tempt the home cook. Ramsay and Denny have, for once, actually achieved that rare balance between restaurant and domestic kitchen. Lots of fish recipes, the luxurious use of foie gras, the odd modish touch like crushed peas, desserts made with fashionably unfashionable fruits such as rhubarb and prunes, all make up a delectable set of recipes.
